As one of Dallas’ most sought-after hair artists, appearing over 30 times in the past four years in media features from Good Morning Texas to D Magazine, Fox Good Day, Sophisticates Hair Style Guide, Blaine is thrilled to be expanding to this total beauty experience in June.
The opulent space occupies 3,000 sq. ft. of state of the art floors and styling stations. 12 ft. high ceilings in the Uptown neighborhood close to a wealth of high-end restaurants and shops. While waiting for their next appointment, clients can relax and sip champagne on the spacious outdoor verandah, created with comfort and privacy in mind.
At the new blaine’s dallas “hair, face, beauty”, the metroplex’s most discerning business and leisure clientele will find a friend at one of the 16 stylist chairs, presided over by some of the most skilled and creative hair artists in the country. After achieving the perfect hue, layered cut or sleek style, guests may continue their day of indulgence with an anti-aging facial, a full eyelash extension application, or even a teeth whitening treatment. Secrets To Healthy Hair

1. Wash and condition your hair. Products for dry, damaged tresses are exactly what you need to fix poof and calm tresses. They hydrate your hair and replenish lost nutrients and proteins to give you healthier looking hair.
2. Leave the conditioner in. With your wide-toothed comb, gently detangle your hair. Start at the bottom and carefully work your way up. Never brush your hair when it’s dry. Brushing breaks your hair and causes extreme frizz. Rinse once your hair is nice and smooth.
3. Blot excess water from your hair using a towel. Forget about rubbing or wringing it. Too much aggressive toweling can cause hair to poof out. Just give it a gentle dab.
4. Mist your hair with leave-in conditioner. Leave-ins give thirsty hair an extra dose of hydration and help with manageability and shine.
5. Allow your hair to dry naturally. Avoid hair dryers — heat causes damage that contributes to poofiness. Instead, let your hair gradually air-dry.
6. Scoop out a pea-sized amount of smoothing balm. If you have longer hair, use a grape-sized amount. Rub the balm between your hands then massage into your hair starting at the tips and working your way up. This coats your hair giving it incredible shine, control and softness.

Second, don’t use shampoo everyday. Use shampoo every other day. And on days you don’t shampoo use only conditioner. This way, your hair gets the natural oil from your scalp.
